By accessing and using the services of Fascia Remedy, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Services

Fascia Remedy provides Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) services aimed at improving your well-being. All services are performed by trained and certified professionals.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be booked online or over the phone. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Working with Minors

A parent, legal guardian, or caregiver must be present at all times during the treatment of persons under 18.

Health and Safety

We adhere to strict hygiene standards. All equipment and surfaces are cleaned and sanitised after each client.

Insurance

Our services are covered by private health insurance under remedial massage. The amount of rebate will depend on your level of cover.

Liability

Fascia Remedy is not responsible for any injury or harm you may sustain as a result of our services. All clients are required to complete a health questionnaire prior to receiving treatment.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information is used only for the purpose of rendering our services and will not be shared with third parties.
