1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Fascia Remedy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Fascia Remedy offers Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) and complementary remedial treatments aimed at improving physical mobility, reducing tension, and supporting overall well-being. All sessions are provided by a qualified and insured remedial massage therapist.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Booking Deposit

  • A $50 Booking Deposit is required for all online bookings to secure your appointment. The deposit is deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • For online bookings, your Booking Deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.

Cancellations

  • If you cancel your online booking more than 24 hours before your appointment, your Booking Deposit will be fully refunded.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not attend your appointment, your Booking Deposit will be forfeited.

  • For appointments booked without a Booking Deposit, cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.

Why We Have This Policy

  • Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. This policy helps keep appointments available for others seeking treatment while respecting the time set aside for every booking.

4. Payment & Insurance

  • Payments can be made by EFTPOS or credit card in the studio.

  • Online payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • HICAPS claims are available for clients with private health cover that includes Remedial Massage.

  • Rebates depend on your provider and level of cover — please check with them directly.

5. Health & Safety

  • We follow strict hygiene and sanitisation practices between all clients.

  • All clients are required to complete a health intake form prior to treatment.

  • You are responsible for notifying us of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes to your health.

6. Working with Minors

Fascia Remedy provides services to adults only. We do not currently accept bookings for clients under 18.

7. Liability

While every effort is made to provide a safe and effective treatment, Fascia Remedy is not liable for any injury, discomfort, or adverse outcome resulting from treatment. Clients receive therapy at their own risk and are encouraged to seek medical advice if unsure.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is confidential and used only to provide our services. We never share your information with third parties without your consent. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

Fascia Remedy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised date.
