You’ll stay fully clothed on a comfortable table while I gently guide your body through slow, supported stretches. There’s no cracking, forcing, or pushing — just calm, precise movement to help your body open up naturally

While Fascial Stretch Therapy is the foundation of every session, I may integrate other techniques to support your body more effectively:
Myofascial Release (MFR) – a gentle, hands-on technique that helps reduce fascial tension, improve circulation, and relieve pain linked to postural strain, tightness, or scar tissue.
IASTM (Graston Technique) – a tool-assisted method used to break down adhesions, reduce inflammation, and restore movement in areas affected by injuries, overuse, or restricted tissue.
